Strawberry Mocktail with Crushed Ice

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tbsp)
  • 1/2 cup cold sparkling water (or club soda)
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice (plus more for serving)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Extra strawberry slices or lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base:
In a blender, combine the strawberries, honey (or syrup), lime juice, and 1/2 cup crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain (optional):
For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds and pulp.
  3. Serve:
Fill two glasses halfway with crushed ice. Pour the strawberry mixture evenly into both glasses.
  4. Top with Sparkle:
Add sparkling water to each glass, gently stir to combine.
  5. Garnish & Enjoy:
Add a few mint leaves, a strawberry slice, or a lime wedge on the rim. Serve with a straw.
